Kimberly Mosley, CAE, CPE is the President of the American Specialty Toy Retailing Association(ASTRA), the world’s largest specialty toy association. Founded in 1992, the American Specialty Toy Retailing Association (ASTRA) is an international trade organization that develops and supports a membership of independent retailers, manufacturers and sales representatives in the toy industry. Inspired to change the world through the power of play, ASTRA is a community of dedicated professionals committed to providing children with healthy, quality play materials that have a high play value and are designed with a focus on what the child can do, rather than what the toy can do.
Through certification programs, educational resources and networking opportunities, ASTRA equips and empowers members to make a positive impact on the economy and culture of the communities they serve.
Kim has been a leader in the association industry for more than 20 years. Prior to her role with ASTRA, she served as CIO for the American College of Healthcare Executives. She is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and Association Forum where she served in many leadership roles. She serves as a board member for the Association Forum. The has chaired the Diversity Workforce Committee and served on the CAE Commission. In 2002, she was awarded the Diversity Executive Leadership Scholarship and in 2003, she earned distinction as a Certified Association Executive. She is a Certified Play Expert - a certification that recognizes the important role of play on healthy brain development.
She serves as adjunct faculty and on the advisory board for several colleges and training centers. She also lectures, blogs and writes articles on specialty toy retailing, association management, and technology.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Governors State University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago, IL.

Jeff Pinsker has founded and sold three companies in businesses ranging from practical jokes to children’s TV and publishing to toys and games. Accomplishments include:
- Inventing products that have sold 41+ million units at retail
- Establishing an international distribution network spanning 104 countries
- Starting a division that converted legacy game IP into mobile apps
- Running a company with the #1 rated show on The Disney Channel
Pinsker is CEO of Amigo Games, the US subsidiary of one of Germany’s top game companies. Previous positions include top management roles at: Cardinal/Spin Master, Pressman Toy, Scholastic’s Klutz division, and University Games.
