The has chaired the Diversity Workforce Committee and served on the CAE Commission. In 2002, she was awarded the Diversity Executive Leadership Scholarship and in 2003, she earned distinction as a Certified Association Executive. She is a Certified Play Expert - a certification that recognizes the important role of play on healthy brain development.

    She serves as adjunct faculty and on the advisory board for several colleges and training centers. She also lectures, blogs and writes articles on specialty toy retailing, association management, and technology.

    Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Governors State University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago, IL.
