The Certified Play Expert program can be taken in one of two ways. The first option is to take the entire certification online. Registrants may access the information on-demand--24 hours a day 7 days a week. The other option is to take the certification program in-person during a two-day face-to-face workshop offered on various dates and locations throughout the year. The workshop can also be scheduled on an individual basis for groups.
This online certification program consists of 10 online courses. After each course candidates may take the test. 80% correct is required to pass. When a candidate completes all the tests for the program they will be awarded the Certified Play Expert.
